You can’t separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom. -Malcolm X

Malcolm X was the kind of individual everyone can learn something from. While many simply view him as the face of the more militant side of Civil Rights Movement, he was a truly complex man that went through many struggles in his short life. He’s a true example of what we can all be capable of if we’re willing to devote ourselves to positive change.
Happy Birthday, Malcolm X. Now let’s look into getting you a national holiday.
