Famous but underage: Miley Cyrus drinking, Earvin Johnson III spotted in nightclub
Magic Johnson’s son Earvin Johnson III was spotted at a nightclub with Miley Cyrus this past weekend.
The two were photographed at New York City’s 10ak, and Miley can be seen with a drink in her hand.
Johnson’s friend Andrew Warren shared a picture of the trio on his Instagram account. “Insane crew at oak @ej_antoinette @mileycyrus #clique,” he captioned it. “Miley and EJ were at 1OAK… Miley was drinking alcohol in the club,” said the source, who revealed that Lindsay Lohan was also in the Manhattan venue that night.
Johnson III will be starring in The Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, a reality show that debuts on E!
Both Johnson III and Cyrus are under the legal age limit to be inside of a nightclub, let alone drinking alcohol.
It seems like stars get a pass when it comes to obeying the law.
