After a lengthy war over the rights to two books, Jay Z and the Weinstein Company are set to produce a documentary series on the life of Trayvon Martin.

Following the release of a documentary series on the life, imprisonment and death of Kalief Browder, Jay Z and the two are partnering up again to tell an even more notorious story about the failings of the criminal justice system, according to Variety.

The series will be based on the stories told in “Suspicion Nation: The Inside Story of the Trayvon Martin Injustice and Why We Continue to Repeat It” by Lisa Bloom and “Rest in Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon Martin” by Trayvon’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin.

The series will likely present new and less publicized information that many view as a touchstone in today’s activist movement following Martin’s murder by George Zimmerman in 2012.
