A video showing an altercation between at least four members of the Berkeley Police and a group of black men and women is making its way around the internet.

The 7 minute video shows police detaining a man for what appears to be jaywalking. Tensions escalate, and and another young lady who the recorder refers to as Tasha ends up in cuffs. The entire time, the group of men and women inquire about why the cops are arresting their friends.
