Video shows Solange allegedly attacking Jay Z
Video of what appears to be Solange Knowles physically attacking Jay-Z is now making the rounds on the internet.
In the clip, once inside the elevator, Solange appears to confront Jay-Z and then attacks him until a bodyguard pulls her away from him.
The surveillance camera video shows four people, who appear to be the couple, Solange, and a bodyguard in an elevator at the Standard Hotel on the evening of the Met Ball in New York City.The figure who appears to be Solange argues with Jay Z before she begins to kick and punch her sister’s husband. A bodyguard figure attempts to hold Solange back, while Beyonce and Jay stand to the side.
According to TMZ, “When you look closely, you see the bodyguard hit the emergency stop switch on the 12th floor—mid fight—presumably to keep the fight private.”
Reps for the artists have not yet confirmed or released further details regarding the fight, but we have to say, Solange’s custom 3.1 Phillip Lim dress from the evening is pretty unmistakable.
