Quvenzhané Wallis is back. The young star who made history as the youngest actress to ever be nominated for an Oscar in the category of Best Actress will star in a remake of “Annie,” and get paid more than $1.5 million for the role.

From TMZ:

The producers had to get approval from a judge because she’s a minor, and we got the legal docs, showing what this little girl will deposit in her bank account.

Now get this … Q’s co-stars are Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz.  According to her contract, her name cannot be lower than second position.  Realistically, that means Q will appear above Cameron.

Wallis, 10, will be paid a $750,000 base salary, 5% of the profits, 5% of all merchandising, 10% of sound track royalties and a $750,000 bonus if the movie does really well.

She also gets veto power over any bloopers before they’re released.

Sounds like the makings of a wonderful career.
