In an unusual move, a member of the Ferguson grand jury has asked for the gag order to be lifted.

According to ABC News, the unnamed member of the grand jury believes that Robert McCulloch, the prosecutor of the case wrongly implied that the entirety of the jury believed that there was no evidence to indict Darren Wilson.

The lawsuit was filed by the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of the juror. The juror could face charges for speaking publicly due to a lifetime gag order.
