The parents of Trayvon Martin are planning to write a book about their son. Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin’s book will shed more light on their son’s character, and explore their own reactions to his death.

One publishing executive said Mr. Martin and Ms. Fulton spoke eloquently on social issues of race and religion, suggesting that faith could be a central element of the book.

Martin’s parents told publishers that they have never fully talked about what happened, including their experience at George Zimmerman’s trial. Zimmerman claimed self-defense and was acquitted of second-degree murder and manslaughter in July.
