Justine Sacco, Director of Communications for IAC, parent company of Vimeo, OkCupid and CollegHumor, tweeted that she hoped that she didn’t get AIDS while visiting Africa.

The tweet appeared earlier today, and remains on her account: Going to Africa. Hope I don’t get AIDS. Just Kidding. I’m white!”

People on Twitter are questioning the authenticity of the tweet because if it is real then that means that a Director of Communications for one of the largest media companies just blasted herself.

The tweet is still live on what appears to be Sacco’s personal account. Sometime last year, she sent, “I had a sex dream about an autistic kid last night. #fml.”
