WGN America struck gold earlier this year when they premiered Underground, a drama set in the American South prior to the Civil War as it follows runaway slaves called the Macon 7 attempting to flee north.

Season one ended with an appearance from none other than Harriet Tubman and characters going their separate ways on the Underground Railroad with plenty of questions left to be answered.

News for the 10-episode season two has finally arrived in a short teaser-trailer of what’s to come, which features Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Aldis Hodge, Amirah Vann, Christopher Meloni, Alano Miller and Jessica de Gouw, as well as Aisha Hinds as Tubman.

Season two premieres on Wednesday, March 8, at 10/9 c.
