Video: police attack 12-year-old child as witnesses plead for them to stop
A video uploaded to Facebook earlier this week shows NYPD officers detaining two 12-year-old children, and one of the officers repeatedly punching one of the handcuffed boys.
In the video, horrified onlookers scream at police to stop and ask why they would treat people like this. Witnesses exchange information vowing to make complaints against the officers.
