    In protest of a New York City grand jury’s decision not to indict an NYPD police officer for the fatal murder of a 43-year-old unarmed black man, activists, organizers and concerned citizens will unite in Chicago. The Stop Mass Incarceration Network is requesting that people gather on State and Jackson in Downtown Chicago.
