Suspended Miami Dolphins player Richie Incognito says that his actions against former teammate Jonathan Martin “were coming from a place of love.” Martin walked away from the NFL team amid charges of being bullied by Incognito.

A couple of weeks ago, NFL offensive tackle Jonathan Martin walked off of the Dolphins headquarters. He cited excessive bullying from teammates as his reason for leaving the team, and vowed not to return unless justice was served. As the plot thickens, some NFL players are starting to blame Martin too.

Penn State University will pay a total of $59.7 million to 26 victims of former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky. The school also indicated that more settlements could come in the future. Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse in June 2012.

Fortune’s list of the “50 Most Powerful Women in business” has been released. As we may expect, there aren’t a lot of women of color on the list, but three were mentioned. CEO & President of Xerox Ursula Burns, Sam’s Club CEO & President Rosalind Brewer and Creator and Executive Producer Shonda Rhimes made the list.
