A New York judge threw out manslaughter charges against Officer Richard Haste, the man accused of killing unarmed 18 year-old Ramarley Graham. Prosecutors will present the case again to a grand jury. Graham’s mother reportedly yelled “they killed my child,” and was removed from the courtroom.

Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly, one-half of the 90s rap duo Kris Kross died yesterday. He was 34. Kelly was found unresponsive and transported to Atlanta Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, a spokeswoman for the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Officer told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
