Two white men were arraigned on charges in connection with the beating death of 16-year-old Dione Payne of Dayton, Ohio. Payne had been staying at the home of Michael A Geldrich, who is accused of beating the teen the death while robbing him for drugs and money.
26-year-old Tyson Jerome Barnette was shot and killed while delivering mail about 10 miles from the nation’s capital. Police were called to the scene Saturday evening in Landover and found Barnette dead from the wounds.

The family of a woman shot to death wants answers. 19-year-old Renisha McBride died of a gunshot wound to the head after knocking on the door of a home in Detroit. Her family says that McBride went for help after a car accident around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
