A $47,000 reward has been offered for the safe return of a 22-year-old Philadelphia woman who was kidnapped a couple of days ago.  Carlesha Freeland-Gaither was last seen around 9:40 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of West Coulter Street. Authorities released a chilling video of her abduction in hopes of generating leads.Â

Two NYPD officers who chased down a teen and hit him in the face with a gun and assaulted him have been indicted by a grand jury and will be arraigned Wednesday in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
