A North Carolina student says she was discriminated against after using a women’s bathroom. Andraya Williams, who is a member of the transgender community, was headed to class after using the ladies’ washroom at the Overcash Building at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte when the incident occurred.

The mother of an 11-year-old boy is outraged after finding out her child was forced to clean toilets during detention. Henry Hawkins, a fifth grader at Longfields Elementary School in Forestville, MD, says an argument with a classmate led to the punishment.
