Two NYPD officers who chased down a teen and hit him in the face with a gun and assaulted him have been indicted by a grand jury and will be arraigned Wednesday in Brooklyn Supreme Court. The officers continued to chase 16-year-old Kareem Tribble, even after he’d stopped running and had raised his hands.Â
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has filed a motion to reinstate the prosecution of a homeless woman who left her two children in a car during a job interview in March. Prosecutors made the motion after Shanesha Taylor failed to meet a deadline to deposit $60,000 in a trust fund for her children.Â

The NBA brought formal charges against Donald Sterling on Monday. The Los Angeles Clippers owner was accused of damaging the league and its teams with his racist comments. A hearing, slated for June 3rd, gives owners the chance to terminate Sterling’s ownership of the team with a vote.Â
