Despite several claims of unjust behavior and racial profiling, the NYPD totes their stop-and-frisk program as a necessary and effective way to combat crime in the city. But according to recent report, just 1.5 percent of stop-and-frisks end up resulting in the perpetrator being arrested.

Art Palmer is the fourth man to come forward and say that he was unfairly racially profiled while shopping at a New York Macy’s. The complaint comes from actor Robert Brown, who says that he was arrested after making a purchase at a Sunglass Hut inside the store.
