Yesterday afternoon, the Midwest was struck by several tornadoes. At least six people are dead, and the act of God affected 12 states, reaching as far as western New York. The Dallas police officer who shot a mentally ill man has been fired. Officer Cardan Spencer wrote that he shot Bobby Gerald Bennett last week after he lunged at him and another officer with a knife.
