It is likely that a Pennsylvania man will never walk again after being shot by a Lehigh County constable who was attempting to serve a warrant for unpaid parking tickets. The constable told NBC Philadelphia that he shot 38-year-old Kevin McCullers because he felt his life was in danger. 

A 14-year-old girl was charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Endia Martin, 14 on Chicago’s south side. Two others may face charges, according to the Chicago Police Department.
