A Pennsylvania chapter of the Ku Klux Klan launched a neighborhood watch group in the area of Ridge Road in Fairview Township. The hate group formed the committee in response to a series of recent break-ins in the neighborhood, said Frank Ancona, the organization’s imperial wizard and president.
