Jay Z has finally broke his silence about the controversial Barney’s deal. In light of two African American shoppers’ claims of racial discrimination by Barney’s & the NYPD, critics have been urging Hov to cancel his multi-million dollar arrangement with the department store.
It looks like Barney’s isn’t the only department store who is suspicious of its black shoppers. The New York Post is reporting that a lawsuit has been filed against the NYPD and Macy’s. The complaint comes from actor Robert Brown, who says that he was arrested after making a purchase at a Sunglass Hut inside the store.

New evidence shows that spanking may lead to bad behavior. Using a nationally represented sample, researchers interview 1,933 parents when their children were 3 and 5 years old. They gathered data based on how often they spanked their children.
According to a recent study, people are more empathetic towards whites than blacks, especially regarding medical treatment or pain. The discovery is known as the “racial empathy gap.” It shows that people including medical personnel assume blacks feel less pain than whites.
