  A jury has found Michael Dunn guilty of first-degree murder in the killing of a slain Florida teen. The 47-year-old shot and killed Jordan Davis outside of a convenience store in November 2012. The two had an argument over loud music that was coming from Davis’ car. 

According to a recent study, recent black graduates face a particularly difficult situation when finding work after school. The report, released by the Center for Economic and Policy Research, states that the unemployment rate for recent grads who are black was almost twice that of overall recent college grads.

Michael Dunn will not get a new trial for attempted murder convictions faced in connection to the death of Jordan Davis. He is facing a possible retrial on the first-degree murder charge. If re-tried, Dunn will have a new attorney representing him.

For the first time after the verdict, one of the jurors in the Michael Dunn trial is speaking out. Only known as Juror #4, the woman told ABC News’ Byron Pitts that the initial vote in favor of the first-degree murder conviction was 10-2.

Penn State University will pay a total of $59.7 million to 26 victims of former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky. The school also indicated that more settlements could come in the future. Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse in June 2012.
