  In an emotional message, the wife of former Ravens running back Ray Rice broke her silence Tuesday after Rice’s contract was terminated with the NFL. The events followed the release of a graphic video surfacing that shows Rice punching his then-fiancee, Janay Palmer. The couple has been in counseling since the February incident. 

    Video of an altercation between NFL star Ray Rice and his then-girlfriend, Janay Palmer, has been released. Rice can be seen delivering a vicious punch to his fiancee’s face, knocking her out cold.
