  The grand jury determining whether to charge a white Missouri police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black teen in August appears to be approaching a decision. A private pathologist hired by Michael Brown’s family was scheduled to testify on Thursday after the grand jury requested him to do so. 

    The possibility of further clashes between Ferguson residents and police is expected as the grand jury decides on whether to charge Darren Wilson for the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown. As a precaution, the state of Missouri has prepared its National Guard to act pending the reaction to the imminent decision.

Officer Darren Wilson gave his account of what happened on Aug.9 for what would be the fourth time. Michael Brown died after an altercation with Wilson while walking home.
