Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban made a few controversial comments on Wednesday during a conference in Nashville.

During an interview with The TennesseanCuban pretty much stated that we all have preconceived notions, and in so many words, admitted to being a bigot.

From The Tennessean:

I know I’m prejudiced and I know I’m bigoted in a lot of different ways. If I see a black kid in a hoodie on my side of the street, I’ll move to the other side of the street. If I see a white guy with a shaved head and tattoos, I’ll move back to the other side of the street. None of us have pure thoughts; we all live in glass houses.

Cuban’s point came at a difficult time for the NBA. In the wake of Sterling being recorded making racist comments to his then-girlfriend V. Stiviano, owners of the NBA are taking swift action to force Sterling to sell his team.

Sterling was banned for life for his comments, and fined $2.5 million. He plans to fight the NBA’s charge.

Thoughts on Cuban’s remarks?

Were they racist? Does he have a point that we all tend to prejudge people?
