Three teenage boys have been arrested in connection to a videotaped attack on a mentally ill man in New Castle County, Delaware. The arrests came after the teens’ parents went to police complaining about harassing phone calls the teens were getting. 

  A Missouri judge is considering two media requests that would release any possible records of the unarmed 18-year-old who was killed by a Missouri police officer last month. Juvenile records are confidential in Missouri, so it isn’t definitively known if Michael Brown was arrested before he legally became an adult. 

  Five people who were arrested during protests in Ferguson, Missouri is suing the city’s police department for $40 million.  The federal lawsuit accuses police of using “wanton and excessive force” and treating citizens “as if they were war combatants.”
