The retrial for Bill Cosby’s sexual assault case was scheduled to take place Nov. 6. However, plans have changed. NBC News reports that the retrial has been pushed back until spring of 2018 after Cosby’s defense attorney made a request to postpone jury selection.

And jurors have been told to disregard the events happening in Ferguson as they make a decision of whether or not to charge Officer Joseph Weekley. 

Jurors have begun deliberating in the trial of a suburban Detroit man charged with second-degree murder for fatally shooting an unarmed teen outside his home last year. Theodore Wafer, 55, shot and killed Renisha McBride as she banged on his front door in the early hours of Nov. 2. 

  Another juror in the Michael Dunn case has spoken out about the verdict. Juror #8, Creshuna Miles, a 21-year-old black woman, in an interview with CNN says that race was not a factor in the jury’s decision-making.
