Twitter responds to Michael Dunn verdict with #DangerousBlackKids hashtag
In response to a Florida jury not finding a man guilty of first-degree murder in relation to the death of a 17-year-old teenager, Twitter users have responded with the #DangerousBlackKids hashtag.
Most of the images feature black children who are anything but dangerous, including 4-year-old Anala Beevers, Mensa’s youngest and newest member.

While Dunn was found guilty of all three counts of attempted murder and one count of firing a missile, jurors could not determine whether or not he should be charged with first-degree murder. Dunn shot and killed Jordan Davis in November 2012.
Florida State Attorney Angela Corey announced that she will pursue a retrial against Dunn on the first-degree murder charge.
