Tonight, President Obama and GOP candidate Mitt Romney will once again face each other in the second presidential debate.

The two will engage in a town hall style debate, answering questions from voters in the audience.

The debate will be held on the campus of Hofstra University in Long Island, NY. Candy Crowley will moderate.

Obama, especially, needs a forceful showing to recover from his leaden  performance in the campaign’s first debate. But he must tread carefully  in an atmosphere more suitable for share-your-pain moments than  aggressive attacks.
